How much of each blend ingredient is in a serving?

How much chromium is in it?
0.7 mcg a serving, 2% of the 35 mcg Daily Value set out by the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements. Two droppers make 1.4 mcg.
What are the other ingredients?
Glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. They sit outside the blend and the chromium line: the base, the sweetness, the flavour and the preservatives.
Is it free of gluten and lactose?

Can I take it alongside diabetes medicine?

Does the grapefruit extract matter?

Does it contain caffeine?
