Find the total
200 mg a serving. That one figure covers all 22 names in the blend together.
Read the order
US rules list a blend from the largest share by weight to the smallest (21 CFR 101.36). Maca root is the biggest part; L-carnitine the smallest.
Count the names
Twenty-two: twelve plant extracts from roots, seeds, leaves, fruit and aerial parts, eight amino acids and related compounds, and two plant compounds, raspberry ketones and monoammonium glycyrrhizinate.
Multiply by your droppers
One dropper a day gives 200 mg of the blend and 0.7 mcg of chromium; two give 400 mg and 1.4 mcg.
Why blends are written this way

Glyco Harmony label analysis: the numbers beside the research

What the numbers mean
The chromium is a small amount next to the 200 to 500 mcg that chromium-only supplements commonly carry (NIH ODS) and the 600 mcg a day of the trial that lowered fasting glucose in type 2 diabetes (Paiva 2015); a pooled review of 14 trials found no significant effect for chromium picolinate at all (Yin 2015).
The blend is shared by 22 names. The African mango trial gave 300 mg a day (Ngondi 2009), more than a whole 200 mg serving of the blend; the coleus trial gave 500 mg a day (Loftus 2015), more than the blend even at two droppers; L-carnitine trials used 0.25 to 4 g a day (NIH ODS). Glyco Harmony is a broad daily formula, not a copy of any one trial.

Glycerin and water
The liquid base the blend is dissolved in. Glycerin is a thick, sweet-tasting liquid that gives the drops their body and some of their sweetness.
Organic lemon extract and natural flavors
The taste. The drops are meant to be placed in the mouth and swallowed, so flavour matters more than it would in a capsule.
Stevia extract (97% Reb A) and xylitol
The sweeteners. Reb A is the sweet compound of the stevia leaf; xylitol is a sugar alcohol. Sugar is not among the listed ingredients.
Sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate
Two common preservatives that keep a water-based liquid fresh through 60 servings once the seal is broken.
Citric acid
